What is a Rascal?
Rascals, rascally acts, and general rascalness are known when they are seen and are quite subjective. We look forward to developing the traits for which we are looking in Rascals.
If someone lives in the US and calls the American alligator a 'crocodile', Rascalhood is sealed. Thus, crocodile hunters are almost always Rascals.
