An agreed upon definition across dictionaries is: An unscrupulous, dishonest person; a scoundrel.
Synonyms include: rapscallion, scamp, villain, miscreant, scapegrace, and knave.
Based on those definitions, we're sure that you can think of one (or possibly more) person you know personally (or have had personal dealings with). Please see the page 'What is a Rascal?' for further discussion about what we have in mind for our Rascal of the Day.
If you know a Rascal, and we're sure you do, we would love to hear from you. Tell us why your Rascal should be our Rascal of the Day...give us a story of a rascally act or a description of a rascally personality in general. Of course, we will ultimately need a photographic representation of the Rascal. Please go to 'Submit a Rascal' and tell us all about him/her/it. We will not use the Rascal's full name unless you request it. Otherwise, we will announce the Rascal of the Day by first name only.
