This chain-smokin, speech givin, half Hawaiian half Kenyan rascal is (in)famous for the campaign slogan 'Hope & Change'. Yet once this rascal became leader of the free world, it was business as usual. He grew the expectations of hope for the common man, then squashed any possibility for change by kow-towing to financial sector lobbyists and snake oil salesmen. Any Kenyan that can become president of the great United States has obvious rascal tendencies, especially with a last name that sounds so much like the man that single-handedly brought down three skyscrapers in Gotham and a middle name that relates him to the former leader of Iraq. For selling false dreams, this man deserves a place in the Rascal Hall of Fame. We salute you, Barack Hussein Obama, ya rascal!
Daddy Dick
This (in)famous Rascal shot a long-time friend and associate directly in the face with buckshot. That was the first scene of the rascally act. The second scene occurred when the friend was made to apologize because his face got in the way of killing poor defenseless birds. Daddy Dick...we salute you, ya Rascal!
